I think that professionals like Mechelle Steere should have every resources within the NHFT made available to them. Never have I received such reassuring support as that of the last 16 months.
I have worked in high profile establishments and I will miss the firm but fair words of wisdom of Mechelle Steere.

The patient was made to feel that what they wanted was of paramount importance. They were treated as a person and not a number. The care received was second to none and as the next of kin I was involved in the patients care as much as possible. A difficult situation was made much easier by the caring nature of all the nurses, hca’s and staff that came into contact with my husband. I hope that when I am ill I can receive the same standard of care.
The only criticism I had was the thickness of the toilet paper in the patients bathrooms was a bit too thin.
I would like to pass my thanks to all staff for the care my husband received.

My mum has received a great care by the physiotherapist. She has been given the right exercises for her knees which helped her move better and quicker again. She has been explained her condition in detail which helped her to understand what she suffers from. The physiotherapist was very polite and patient.
